Commercial manager

The Company: We are working with a small, privately owned Regional Housebuilder who have exciting plans for the development of their business and have a really good pipeline of work covering the next 10 years+. They have a reliable supply chain, have excellent financial backing and have the freedom to operate independently. The company Directors are vastly experienced housebuilders who will pass on their knowledge and share their experience to help you in your role. The Role: They are now in a position to add to their small Commercial team due to their pipeline of work. They have over 10 years #39; worth of work and need to recruit for a large development building 4 and 5 bed houses that is already on site. They seek an experienced Commercial Manager who is capable of overseeing a significant development and will help to take other developments through the planning process and on to site within the region. You will work closely with the operations and technical teams to reach a successful commercial outcome on projects. Oversee a small commercial team. You: They would like to recruit a Commercial Manager with knowledge and experience of working on new build housing sites. They would also like to speak with experienced Senior QSs or Managing Quantity Surveyors ready to take a step up into a broader Commercial Management role. You will be based in or be able to commute to their site in Staffordshire. You will be IT literate and commercially aware. Rewards: You will receive a generous salary and benefits package.
