Payroll Administrator Dublin Salary/Remuneration euro;-based on experience Ref- VAC-13348 We at 3D Personnel are currently seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our own staff. This fantastic opportunity has arisen due to our expanding team in our Dublin Office, located in Dublin 9. What 3D Personnel do: We are the premier construction recruitment agency in Ireland, who provide many construction companies and allied suppliers with temporary and permanent professional staff to supplement their existing workforce. Also, in the last number of years, aside from our specialism in the Construction Sector, we have established and grown a successful Multi-Sector Division allowing us to offer a full end to end recruitment service to clients and candidates across all industry sectors throughout Ireland (and the U.K). The Role: The nature of how we work is at times very fast paced so being able to multitask and prioritise your work is a key skill that you will possess. We are looking for a highly organised and efficient Payroll Professional to carry out the following duties:- bull; Process weekly payroll to a tight timeline for over 500 employees. bull; Ensure all new starters are set up correctly on Micropay. bull; Timesheets are checked and registered within strict timeless to ensure a seamless upload to Micropay bull; Ensure employees receive their correct Holiday pay, Bank Holiday pay, and Sick pay bull; Deal with employee queries bull; Deal with Revenue queries bull; Produce weekly management reports bull; Participate in any internal audits bull; Other administration and ad-hoc duties The successful candidate will have: bull; IPASS qualification is desirable but not essential bull; Minimum 1-2 years rsquo; experience in payroll. bull; A proven ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team. bull; Sound numerical skills. bull; Positive attitude with excellent written communication skills. bull; Adhere to reporting deadlines. bull; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
