Job Title: IT Support Engineer Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 PLUS 30 Days Holiday rising with service, Vendor Certifications / Qualifications, Private Pension, Private Healthcare, Pool Cars We are currently looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a well established, innovative finance company based in Manchester. The successful candidate will provide technical support to customers and end-users, troubleshoot problems, and maintain a high level of service. In addition to this, you will get involved in exciting project work and visit customer sites. Responsibilities: bull; Provide technical support and assistance to customers and end-users, via both onsite and remote support bull; Troubleshoot hardware and software issues bull; Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software bull; Provide training and technical advice to customers and end-users bull; Create and maintain technical documentation bull; Monitor system performance and ensure system security bull; Participate in the implementation of new systems and technologies bull; Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures Requirements: bull; Technical Knowledge of Windows Server, Networking, and Virtualization Technologies such as Hyper-V or VMWare bull; Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and other cloud technologies bull; Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues bull; Excellent problem-solving and communication skills bull; Strong customer service and interpersonal skills If you are interested in this role and have the necessary skills and experience then please apply for immediate consideration and interview.
