Job Opportunities: Chef De Partie Location: Orrell Type: Full Time and Part Time Salary: GBP 12.00 P/H We are delighted to be working with a fantastic client, assisting them with their search for 2 enthusiastic Chef De Parties for their excellent venue in Orrell. There are 2 positions available : FT and PT We are looking to speak with enthusiastic candidates who thrive working in high volume, fresh food kitchens. Ideal Candidate Profile: - Experience working in a fast:paced kitchen in a Chef De Partie capacity. - Experience working with high quality fresh ingredients. - Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills. - Be able to prepare, cook and plate dishes to a high standard. Role Responsibilities: - Preparing, cooking and plating dishes to a high standard. - Ensuring your section is fully prepped and ready for service. - Maintain a clean and organised workstation. - Follow directions given by the Head Chef / Sous Chef. - Collaborate with the team to ensure high quality food and service is delivered.
