As the Regional Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include: Steering, managing, and motivating managers to develop their teams and deliver safe, caring homes for residents. Partnering with the operations team to drive the business forward with vision and resolve. A clinical background, ideally as a registered nurse. Established leadership skills to manage large teams. Effective multi-tasking and prioritisation skills. Proven commercial awareness, preferably within the care industry. Knowledge of Care Quality Commission, CCG, and local authority legislation.
