Job Title: General Care Home Manager Location: Kent, Sittingbourne Harry at Amber Mace is currently sourcing for dynamic and analytical person to take on the role of a Registered Care Home Manager with one of their main homes in Sittingbourne, Kent. This is a great opportunity to join a Residential Home that has invested a lot of time, money and effort to improve the home and are looking for a strong Registered Manager to come in and maintain the good day-to-day running, whilst also striving excellence and positive changes. You will be CQC registered and possess great analytical knowledge and understanding to both manage the home and staff, whilst also daily using their internal software and auditing tools. Responsibilities: bull; Manage residential facility for efficiency, profitability, and top-notch care delivery. bull; Ensure strict compliance with CQC guidelines in all operations. bull; Monitor recruitment process, ensuring adherence to Safe Recruitment guidelines. bull; Pursue new business opportunities for facility growth. bull; Regularly review operations to meet customer needs. bull; Implement policies effectively to maintain organizational standards. bull; Support staff training and development, fostering continuous learning. bull; Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and company quality assurance framework. Requirements: bull; Thorough understanding of CQC standards. bull; Registered Manager experience in a Residential Home bull; Strong Analytical and Auditing skills experience. Using software like Care Vision Go Audit. bull; Have NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent, such as RMA. bull; A professional and authoritative figure who can lead and inspire people. bull; Act as a mentor, offering support to promote good practice.
