This well-established practice draws on its almost 20 years of experience to deliver technically expert, inspiring, and unique designs through a mix of sectors with a specialist focus on residential focus. Their exciting portfolio covers projects from small domestic all the up to multimillion pound masterplans. The successful Architectural Technician will have several years of post-qualification experience working on residential projects, with strong technical abilities and ideally job running experience. Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician: HND/ HNC or degree in Architectural Technology Extensive post qualification experience within the Architectural Industry Substantial experience working across residential small and medium sized projects Excellent technical capabilities ideally with Vectorworks or AutoCAD Confident working independently with limited supervision Can hit the ground running Able to be heavily involved in running jobs on site Liaise with clients, contractors and other professionals Work well within a team environment Technically minded with a keen eye for detail Capable at producing high quality tender and construction packages Keen to input to continued company growth Interested in this or other roles in Architecture.
