The Role: * Learning Support Assistants should collaboarate closely with their enthusiastic KS1 team to provide exceptional support for students with various SEND needs. * Create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that caters to the unique needs of each child. * Deliver personalised 1:1 and group support, using effective strategies and interventions. * Team up with teachers and support staff to monitor progress and provide valuable feedback. * Prepare and adapt teaching materials to ignite curiosity and ensure accessibility for all students. * Build positive relationships with students, parents, and fellow colleagues. Requirements: * Previous experience working with children as a Learning Support Assistant. * A genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners. * Demonstrated patience, compassion, and a deep understanding of children #39;s needs. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a team player at heart. * Relevant qualifications or training in education or special needs.
