The menu features creative tasting menus reflecting various cultures and cuisines. What #39;s involved? Our client is looking for a Senior Sous Chef who has a keen interest to help guide and develop the team alongside the Head Chef and Executive Head Chef. You will join a team catering to a small restaurant operating from an open kitchen, so you are visible to guests during service. You will oversee each section, ensuring the team #39;s mise en place is prepared to the highest standard working cleanly and efficiently.
