Estimator

A regional tier 1 contractor has asked Hays to conduct a search for an experienced estimator, to join the commercial team to look after the Essex and London regions. I am looking for an Estimator with Residential Fit out and overall house building experience. The ideal candidate should have the following: Tier 1 experience Experience in dealing with JCT/NEC contracts Strong understanding of Resi market Strong understanding of house building Have experience in management and how to look after a project until completion The desired Estimator will be required to look after a number of projects until completion and oversee a team of commercial staff. You will be reporting to the Managing Estimator on the project and assisting him take control of the scheme.
