Rules and Responsibilities: The KS1 Teaching Assistant rsquo;s duties include: Providing support to the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities. Implementing targeted interventions to support students rsquo; learning and development. Assisting with the planning and preparation of classroom resources. Supporting students with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) in their learning. Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students. Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each child.
