Customer support executive

Our award winning client based on the outskirts of York are looking for a customer support executive to join their team on a permanenr contract. The Customer Support position is responsible for offering world class customer service to all customers. This role requires someone who is motivated, experienced and dynamic. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced. Responsibilities middot; Providing excellent customer service, corresponding by telephone and email middot; Handling sales orders/ returns for our UK and European customers using our online store and email middot; Assisting our customers with order/delivery discrepancies conducting a full investigation to a satisfactory resolution middot; Payment processing, account reconciliation, sending regular statements and relaying information on account balances. Chasing overdue accounts middot; Other duties include new partner account processing middot;Special projects as assigned by manager Required Qualifications middot; Excellent customer service, including written and verbal communication skills middot; Excellent organisational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills middot; Standard computer skills required with functional knowledge of Microsoft Office products middot; Ability to work independently, and function within a team environment middot; Ability to understand how to use multiple internet-based systems/platforms middot; Must be detailed oriented and possess excellent follow up skills Preferred Qualifications middot; Experience with SAP and Salesforce middot; Experience of export processes including application for CoO and supporting documentation. middot; Multi language speaker would be advantageous Excellent benefits including 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, private medical insurance and hybrid working (after training). Working 8.30-5pm Monday - Friday. Salary negotiable depending on experience
