Commercial analyst business development

GBP30,000 to GBP50,000 per annum The role of Commercial Analyst is a brand-new role to support our National Accounts Team. Churchill Services are a fast paced and expanding Facilities business and the Commercial Analyst will play a vital role in spotting opportunities and solutions as well as client requests around additional costs which will require tailored cost documentation. As Commercial Analyst, you rsquo;ll be: * Assisting in driving good financial practices with an effective approach that maximises both revenue and profitability, working to support agreed sales targets. * Actively and successfully, manage the complete sales costing methodology, asking questions, solution challenge, assisting in negotiation, and handover to the operations team. * Driven, motivated and attention to detail in ensuring all cost and finance opportunities are explored and capitalised, to maximise our conversion. * Effectively interact with all relevant internal departments including customer services, Bid Team, and operations teams. * Generating meaningful reports and tracking of profitability and contract life performance As Commercial Analyst you rsquo;ll have: * Experience in reviewing / negotiating / drafting / amending high value contracts. * Experience in similar commercial role. * Excellent interpersonal skills in creating, managing and maintaining relationships. * Resilience and to work in an ever-changing business. * Able to plan and prioritise workload to ensure objectives are achieved on time. * Able to identify problems and make decisions, taking appropriate action to resolve.
