Software engineer

The job could also involve some travel within the UK and overseas. As a Software Engineer, you will assist with developing the company #39;s products in the areas of CAD/CAM and metrology software. This is an opportunity to be involved in writing sophisticated scientific software with a complex mathematical bias. In your first few weeks in this Software Engineer role, you can expect to: Oversee the deployment of the software to end-users This will include compiling software, creating installation packages, and maintaining and improving online updates and licensing mechanisms Contribute to the maintenance of the company software by analysing and addressing end-user requests/feedback Maintain and develop existing and new databases across the software and its ancillary utilities.
