Customer service administrator

I am recruiting for a Customer Service Agent on a temp to perm basis. This is a fast paced environment therefore candidates must be able to work in a busy environment and think on their feet. You will need to be a confident communicator as you will be answering calls to customers and calling them back regarding deliveries. Candidates will deal with same day orders and liaise with external couriers and drivers. Candidates must be computer literate with all Microsoft Packages including Excel. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a similar role where you are talking to customers over the phone and on emails such as a call centre. Hours are Monday- Friday 9am- 5.30pm. My Client is looking for a candidate to start ASAP
