RSR are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Bath for x2 Housing Night Concierge, these are full time, permanent roles and offers a salary of GBP19,153 per year. Apply now and be the change! As a Housing Night Concierge, you #39;ll be at the frontline of their mission, ensuring the safety and security of our supported accommodations. Your presence will be the anchor during overnight and weekend hours, fostering a sense of community and neighbourly spirit. Key Responsibilities: * Providing overnight presence and maintaining building security. * Acting as the first point of contact for emergencies and on-call support. * Conducting regular patrols and monitoring CCTV for security purposes. * Assisting with cleaning duties and ensuring the cleanliness of common areas. * Upholding tenancy conditions and house rules while respecting privacy and confidentiality. * Engaging with residents in a professional, caring manner. Skills/Requirements: * A background in social housing or care settings would be advantageous. * Basic numeracy and literacy skills are sufficient. * Commitment to confidentiality, equal opportunities, and health safety. * Initiative in problem-solving and decision-making. This role will be subject to DBS check at the relevant level.
