Managing quantity surveyor

We are currently recruiting a Commercial Manager/ Managing Quantity Surveyor based in Bristol to work with a Tier One Contractor in the rail industry! After a series of contract wins on CP7 and a strong order book for the foreseeable, this market-leading contractor are looking to grow the commercial team with a strong manager who can take ownership of a project and deliver. This project is a brand new rail scheme worth around GBP100m and currently still at ECI stage so is a great opportunity to start on a project right at the beginning and see it through to completion. If you have: At least 7 years #39; experience, with at least 2 in a senior/ managerial position A background in the Rail industry Worked on projects of values around GBP100m Previously managed teams Proven to be commercially astute And you #39;re looking for a new role, apply today!
