Job Title: Senior Sales Negotiator Valuer Starting Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 basic + an extremely competitive commission, bonus and benefits package Working hours are 09:00 ndash; 17:30 Monday to Friday, with every other Saturday 09:00 ndash; 13:00 Location: LE65, Leicestershire We are delighted to be working with a market-leading estate agent in the Leicestershire area. Job Role Your key responsibilities as a Senior Sales Negotiator Valuer include but are not limited to: Conduct property valuations and appraisals. Create longstanding client relationships, providing expert advice on property sales and purchases. Manage the sales process from listing to closing, including negotiation of offers and contracts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders. Generate new business, relationships, and partnerships. Stay updated on market trends, property values and industry regulations to provide accurate and informed advice to clients. Run your own office and create a local network. Skills Experience Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator Valuer. Proven history of winning new business. Impeccable communication skills with the ability to build strong, long-term relationships. Self-motivated, ambitious, go-getter attitude. Full UK driving licence and car.
