Due to growth and sector expansion, we are recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester City Centre office, within our Life Science team, focusing on Permanent recruitment. From our Manchester office, Our Life Science team specialise in supporting Life Science Capex projects across the UK Ireland. Our team of experienced consultants support the full project life-cycle of a Capex project from concept to completion and have successfully partnered with a broad range of Life Sciences companies to deliver CAPEX programmes in excess of GBP400m across the UK Ireland. What you rsquo;ll be doing: Proactively gaining new leads, business development and account management with current clients within the Life Sciences sector Sourcing candidates and creating a strong presence on social media to educate about NES Fircroft rsquo;s opportunities and initiatives Act as a key point of contact for candidates and clients Build credible relationships with candidates and clients, demonstrating knowledge of the sector and the market conditions that affect and influence roles and rates Project work and adhoc duties when requiredTo be considered you need: 360 Recruitment experience is essential (preferably a couple years at least) Life Science experience in the UK or Ireland would be desirable Understanding of Capex or the engineering side of the Life Science industry Self-motivated Proactive Career driven Team playerWhat we offer Career progression opportunities Great earning potential Build own desk / team and become an expert in your market.
