Experience in the recruitment sector within permanent direct hire, contracting or executive search Proven consistent billings year on year Strong business development skills and commercial acumen Solution orientated and effectively able to negotiate for a win-win outcome Process driven to ensure high quality of service and best practice Experience of managing a team of at least one individual 5 years experience in engineering recruitment Managerial experiencr preferred Hybrid model working two days on-site in Manchester City Centre
