Job Title: Health Safety Advisor Location: Oxford Type: Permanent (NO FREELANCERS) Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP50,000 Our client, who is arguably the hottest Modular Main Contractor in the UK right now, have asked us to supply them with Health Safety Advisors to work on high profile build projects ranging from GBP15m - GBP75m in value. We are looking for driven, energetic Health Safety Advisors to help promote and manage best practice standards on site. Heath Safety Advisor Responsibilities: - Assurance of compliance in production, delivery and operational practices with relevant Health, Safety, Environmental and Wellbeing (HSEW) standards, policies, procedures, processes, systems and Regulations - Identification, reporting, management and mitigation of HSEW risks in conjunction with members of the leadership team - Delivery of effective HSEW training - Effective and timely monitoring and reporting of HSEW reporting - Comply with all company ISO requirements, following company policies and procedures, attending training sessions and actively working towards objectives Required Skills Experience: - 3+ Years post grad experience - Construction Degree qualified - NEBOSH Qualified - CSCS (Black / White), SMSTS Benefits: - Life Assurance (4x Salary) middot; Proffessional membership reimbursements middot; Attractive Bonus Scheme middot; Private Health Care middot; 25 Days AL This opportunity is one for a Health Safety advisor that wants to take their career up a few notches, you will be joining a business that has grown year on year for the last 5 years with no signs of slowing down.
