Chartered building surveyor

Are you a Chartered Building Surveyor with a proven track record working within a consultancy background? Due to my clients desire to continue expanding their surveying team, they have created a new role within their London office. You will be taking on a variety of industrial refurbishments and ESG-focused projects, allowing you to work with some of the client #39;s key stakeholders and clients. Responsibilities: middot;Take the lead on a range of refurbishment projects from GBP250K - GBP10m value focussing on industrial and logistics, with the opportunity to take on other commercial areas. middot;Effectively managing a strong pipeline of work and acting as a key point of contact middot;Actively contribute to the development of service offerings, support junior surveyors/graduates and the wider team middot;Take on more business development responsibilities as desired, source new work, cross-sell services and network to grow your client base middot;Provide excellent client care, take ownership and manage relationships effectively middot;Act as project lead, running the project from start to finish including invoicing, specifications, budgets and WIP Requirements: middot;MRICS middot;Experience carrying out refurbishment work and projects with values up to GBP10million+ middot;Commercially minded with experience in the Industrial sector middot;Confident to project lead and take ownership of the projects middot;An interest in taking on ESG focused projects advantageous If you feel that you are technically right for this role, but the salary, location or seniority does not suit you, please still feel free to send us your CV.
