Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we rsquo;re looking for more high-quality office staff to work with these schools. About the role: The role is Monday - Friday. As a PA you will be working as part of a close-knit team that works hard together to ensure the smooth running of the entire school. Duties can include: * To provide strong and effective leadership in all HR matters across the school. * To act as the most senior member of support staff, line managing other support staff leaders in finance, facilities and IT. * To work with the Senior Admin Assistant to develop skills in HR related matters so that the post holder can effectively deliver and support identified HR processes. * To act as the first point of contact with the Headteacher, using discretion and ensuring all visitors and callers receive a professional response and are dealt with by the appropriate person. * To maintain electronic and/or paper files of parental and external correspondence. * To manage exclusion administration ndash; letters, forms, entering on MIS, informing NYCC and reporting. * To ensure all HR policies, e.g. Pay Policy, Performance Management etc., are developed. * To be responsible for the School rsquo;s Absence Management processes in line with the School rsquo;s policy, holding sickness absence meetings and progressing through to conclusion.updated and implemented to meet legislative and organisational requirements. * To work with colleagues and others to maintain health, safety and welfare within the working environment.
