Whats in it for you? * Basic salary of GBP50,000 - GBP55,000 * Car allowance of GBP5000 per annum * Holiday allowance of 33 days per annum * Opportunity to work with a Leading FM Service Provider About your role * Management responsibility for a Team of Hard Services maintenance professionals. * Management of a wide variety of Education sites covering the Midlands * Managing the day to day health safety across the contracts * Supporting and standing in for the customer on FM issues when needed * Working with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure conformance to budget * Working closely with the on site management team and relevant stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels * Working to increase the performance of the contract across all areas About you * Experience of managing Hard Services FM contracts - Preferably PFI * Technically qualified in an electrical or mechanical discipline * Commercially astute * Accustomed to leading multi-site contracts * Excellent H S and compliance knowledge * Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally * Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing any issues Candidates with IOSH or NEBOSH are highly preferred. This role is based primarily in Nottingham with travel to Birmingham required 1/2 days per week.
