Manage liaise with current suppliers. Being responsible for placing orders and managing the processes. Supporting operational supply chain using MRP System. Responsibilities: Purchasing of materials. Preparation of supply chain documentation quotations. Supporting the Senior Buyer in selecting suppliers. Daily review of MRP Systems. Develop and manage vendor relationships with the objective of developing Quality, Cost Delivery performance. Raise Purchase Orders in line with production requirements.Professional Skills/Abilities: Good communication skills with people at all levels Computer literacy - good knowledge of Excel Word essential and Access preferable A working knowledge and use of ERP and MRP for BOM, scheduling, forecast analysis, and capacity planning.
