Purchase materials controller admin

AMJ Recruitment are recruiting for a Purchase Materials Controller/Administrator, based at our well established Market Leading Manufacturing Client based in Hinckley. Salary - GBP26000 per annum Term - Permanent from Day 1 Working Hours - 08:00am until 16:30pm (Mon-Fri) Reporting To - UK Production Manager Job Overview: Due to expansion, our client is recruiting for this new role to assist the UK Production Manager. The Initial support role will progress in time as your experience develops to become a key member of the team. Key tasks and responsibilities bull; Working as part of the production team bull; Dealing with suppliers obtaining quotations bull; Ensuring Goods in procedures are followed bull; Purchase Order processing in a timely manner bull; Assist in the Stock Control of Components and Parts bull; Other general ad hoc stock replenishment bull; Production Works Order Processing in a timely Manner bull; Be able to liaise with other departments to deal with enquires efficiently and successfully Compliance responsibilities bull; Management of all processes in accordance with issued procedures bull; Ensure compliance of any activities to General Data Protection Regulation so that those activities are performed in accordance with approved internal policies and procedures including but not limiting to Data Protection Policy Key skills / abilities bull; Previous experience in a similar role bull; Experience with ERP Systems (M3 Preferred) bull; Good communication and writing skills bull; Well-organized bull; Health and safety conscious bull; Can work on own initiative bull; Can work as part of a team bull; Good time keeping and attendance bull; Ensure that outstanding customer service is upheld To apply, please send through your CV, and a member of the AMJ Recruitment Team will be in touch to discuss further
