Inside sales executive

WSR are recruiting for an Inside Sales Executive for our Milton Keynes based Client, who are rapidly growing in the UK and international markets. The Inside Sales Representative is part of an energetic team proactively targeting construction and industrial sectors as well as converting inbound leads from these sectors to sales. Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Location: Milton Keynes (office based) Competitive salary + bonus Inside Sales Executive overview To grow sales by prospecting both existing and new customers, as well as converting incoming leads via phone and email to sales. Helping customers solve problems quickly so that they can carry on with their business. Listen and identify opportunities to grow sales in the sector and deliver outstanding customer service. Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager you will win and nurture business with new and existing accounts across the UK. Key Responsibilities Duties: A minimum 3 years rsquo; experience in a sales role, preferably with experience in B2B or a construction related sector. Must have previous outbound telephone experience. Possess strong customer focus. Have an outgoing, energetic and positive ldquo;can do rdquo; attitude, with the willingness to learn. Be a self-motivated team player. Be target driven and results focused. Be super-organized and process-oriented ndash; the candidate will be efficient, deadline-driven, and keen to remove roadblocks for the sales team. Have excellent communication skills. Be proficient in Excel, Word and using a CRM. Core competencies Hunter role tasked with finding and winning new business. Outbound telephone calling to new and existing customers. Dealing with new customer enquiries via phone, email and chat. Qualifying leads, finding the best solution for the customer by liaising with manufacturers, using internal resources and product knowledge. Prospecting new and existing customers via phone, email, CRM and Glenigan. Following up on customer enquiries in a timely manner. Updating CRM system. Helping customers with queries on orders by liaising with logistics team. Collecting feedback from customers. Account Management of customers ensuring highest levels of service to build relationships and repeat business. Support the Sales Manager completing various ad-hoc tasks.
