Primary teaching assistants

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a thriving primary school in Bolton. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in a nurturing and stimulating environment, supporting children with their development. The Role: Work collaboratively with the class teacher. Provide one-to-one and small group support to children in a variety of engaging and interactive learning activities. Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment that caters to different learning styles. Assist with daily routines and ensure the well-being of the children in your care. Observe and document children #39;s progress, contributing to effective assessment and planning. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and the wider school community.You Will Be: A patient, enthusiastic, and creative individual with a genuine passion for early years education. A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to build rapport with young children and create a fun and stimulating learning environment. Organised and resourceful, with a commitment to providing high-quality support. Qualified with a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) and experience in the a primary class setting is desirable.We Offer: A rewarding and long-term position until the end of the academic year (full-time).
