Qualifications and Experience: middot;MRICS qualification is essential. middot;Proven experience as a Building Surveyor within a consultancy environment. middot;Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. middot;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members. middot;Comprehensive knowledge of building regulations, construction technology, and relevant legislation.
