Encourage and facilitate the participation of children with SEN in classroom activities and social interactions. Knowledge and understanding of different types of SEN, including mild to moderate needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of children with SEN.
