Refrigeration engineer

Role: Refrigeration Engineer (Electrical) Location: Permanent work in Hull with a reputable engineering company Salary: GBP40,000-GBP50,000 per annum with additional benefits Schedule: You #39;ll be working Monday to Friday with the usual core hours of 07:00 -15:00 or 08:00 - 16:00. Peak season (Mid-June - last week of August) Shift pattern will be, 4 on 2 off, rotating over days and nights, with the hours of 06:00 - 18:00 and 18:00 - 06:00. Off season (September - June) would see a significant reduction in working hours. This would result in a extremely flexible work schedule during off season. Must have experience as an Electrical maintenance engineer. Project and maintenance planning experience would be ideal. Experienced working in a facilities or engineering environment would be essential. Some mechanical skills alongside electrical skills would be essential Experienced working with ammonia refrigeration systems would be highly desirable Able to adapt to a flexible working pattern during peak season (This is essential) Experience working in a FMCG environment would be beneficial but not essential Duties: Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and breakdowns. Deal with quotations, cost control, labour scheduling and contractor control. Manage maintenance projects. Install new machines. Carry out PPM #39;s. Fault finding of machinery.
