The Senior Construction Project Manager Role The Senior Construction Project Manager will play a vital role in fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency, essential components for the success of any project. As a key member of one of the most well-regarded and personable teams in the industry, the Senior Construction Project Manager will be involved in exciting, complex, and bespoke schemes across London. Responsibilities: Leading and managing diverse projects in the Commercial Property sector. Cultivating a collaborative and transparent working environment. Efficiently managing teams and project deliverables.The Senior Construction Project Manager A BSc/MSc Degree in Project Management or a related field. Ideally chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) or working towards it. The capability to efficiently lead projects and teams. A full driver #39;s license. Proficiency in managing all RIBA stages. Prior experience in a Consultancy role. Significant experience in the Commercial Property sector.In Return?
