A common misconception about this role is that you need to be coming from a recruitment related background to be a successful recruiter/resourcer, however, some of the highest billing consultants have degrees in History, Politics, Marketing and Music to name a few. As a brief overview, here is a bit of information about what your role might look like: Role Responsibilities * Searching for candidates from their system and job boards. * Importing candidates onto their in-house database. * Registering candidates. * Ensuring that all allocated roles to yourself are worked on, keeping the Consultant up to date on progress of your searches and possible candidates. * Preparing CV rsquo;s ready to be sent out to clients. * Importing documentation onto their in-house system. * Sending job specs to candidates. * Answering calls as and when positions are advertised.
