Estimator - Cladding Immediate Start for the right candidate Salary - GBP40,000 - GBP50,000 (DOE) Up Front Recruitment is looking for a motivated, conscientious individual, with the desire to work for an amazing company. Our client is a fantastic company that has grown from strength to strength and looking to add a new estimator to the team. As an estimator, you will work both individually and as part of a team, taking a tender from initial enquiry to final submittal. You will apply a high level of consideration and care to provide a professional standard of work. Key Responsibilities/Task: middot; Preparing tenders, estimates and cost plans all while meeting the clients timeframes middot; Understanding architect drawings/specifications middot; Preparation of costs sheets, including quantity take-offs, and the completion of project BOQ middot; Final submission of the project estimate and supporting documentation middot; Develop relationships with suppliers in order to assist with cost requirements. middot; Identifying value engineering opportunities in order to keep quotes competitive. middot; Communicating with clients on tender status. middot; Maintain accurate information regarding suppliers, sub-contractors clients. To be considered for this role you will require: middot; At least 3 years relevant experience in the construction industry middot; Excellent level of attention to details and organisational skills. middot; Ability to work to deadlines and provide a high standard of work while doing so.
