Shift Manager MUST have a proven track record in running food production teams. 30 employees + on shift. The Package: Annual salary GBP40K. 28 Days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays. The Role : Managing the manufacturing team - 3 team leaders, 30 team members to ensure all daily orders are completed in full and on time to the required safety and quality standards. To manage daily activities that support the overall site objectives by ensuring budgets are met, health safety rules and regulations upheld, food technical standards achieved whilst embracing Solstice family values and complying with company codes of practice Part of a small management team responsible for factory management, including team leaders and team members - 80 employees in the production of food.
