B2B Account Director - Exciting DataTech Co. - Nr Windsor / Hybrid - GBP60k-GBP80k We have an incredible opportunity for a highly successful B2B Account Manager / Customer Success Manager or Client Services Manager, ideally with experience in data tech, marketing or advertising industries, to join an exciting DataTech firm based in stunning offices near Windsor as their B2B Account Director. Reporting to the Group CEO, you will manage the organisation rsquo;s largest client accounts ensuring the agreed service standards expected by clients are continuously met and exceeded thus limiting any competitive threats to the accounts. Working with the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will support the achievement of sales and account management goals and resolve any client issues. What rsquo;s on offer? A competitive salary of GBP60k-GBP80k (DoE) is on offer and, although it is an office based role, working from home 1 day per week is available. Key responsibilities as the B2B Account Director will include: * Managing key client accounts ensuring continuous and lasting success * Building successful relationships with key client contacts * Delivering exceptional levels of client care and experience * Ensuring all agreed service standards are met and exceeded * Managing any client issues * Attending client meetings * Working closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing to ensure sales and account management goals are reached * Attending events to network and promote products * Maintaining excellent product knowledge at all times * Line managing an Account Manager and Account Executive And more What we rsquo;re looking for: * Demonstrable success in B2B Account Management, ideally within a similar environment (data tech, marketing or advertising) * Experienced in managing large key accounts, ensuring continuous and evolving success * Committed to ensuring clients receive the highest level of account support and client services * Ambitious, driven and focused with high energy and enthusiasm * Entrepreneurial spirit * Exceptional communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels * Proactive and dynamic nature * Ability to work in office up to 4 days/week Interested in this fantastic opportunity?
