As a Business Development Manager, you will have the trust and flexibility to manage your own diary and time effectively to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Proactively source leads and build sales opportunities through strategic business development initiatives. Collaborate with our team of Engineers to identify and capitalise on sales prospects. Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts, upselling our range of products and services. Attend industry networks and events to expand our presence and generate new business opportunities. Utilise a consultative, customer-focused approach to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Sell a comprehensive range of products and services, including individual dental equipment, full fit-out projects, and maintenance/service agreements. Demonstrate creativity and initiative by thinking outside the box to generate innovative sales ideas and opportunities. Person Specification: Proven track record in sales, preferably within the dental or health care industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting client relationships. Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on market trends and opportunities.
