Multi Skilled Engineer FMCG Manufacturing Salary: GBP46000 - GBP52000 (depending on shift) Location: East Cornwall Shift: 4 on 4 off (days and nights) 6.30-18.30 / 18.30-6.30 OR Wk 1: Sat/Sun/Mon. About You: Perform proactive and reactive maintenance to keep production running smoothly. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and propose long-term solutions. Expand your skills and knowledge of onsite machinery and new equipment. Prioritize Food Safety and Health Safety in all tasks. Maintain accurate records and report information to support internal stakeholders and drive improvement initiatives. Proficiency in fault finding with and without drawings. Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of electrical control panels, inverter drives, and pneumatic systems.
