Trainee Recruitment Consultant Location: Sheerness Pay Rate: GBP11.44 p/h Shift Patterns: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:30 Igloo has an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in Sheerness, Kent. The Role: Within the Trainee Recruitment Consultant role, you will learn the fundamentals of what it takes to succeed as a Recruitment Consultant, you will be given on the job training and the tools you need to succeed. * Support recruitment consultants with daily tasks. * Source and recruit candidates. * Secure work references and manage job advert responses. * Conduct daily walk rounds and manage onsite staff. * Address site-related issues. * Be on-call for sickness and absences.
