Internal sales professional Our client, a national electrical wholesaler are looking for a talented and ambitious sales professional to maximise and expand on their current and potential customer base. This is a proactive internal sales role involving. * Taking and making inbound and outbound calls from existing and new customers. Working as part of a team within the sales department * Good understanding of electrical products and electrical supplies. * Clear telephone manner and the ability to provide exceptional levels of customer service * A can do attitude - we always try to make it work for the customer * Attention to detail able to manage own workload * A positive and hardworking attitude with the ability to work under pressure * A proven track record of working in telephone sales in the Electrical Wholesale or similar trade industry is essential * Ambition to progress and achieve with a good sense of humour. * Willingness to assist in other areas of the business during busy/holiday periods. * Revisiting dormant accounts and approaching with a view to account reactivation.
