Administrator

Do you have experience of working in Admin? Are you immediately available and looking for a role with a successful company? A global, leading provider of testing and inspection services are seeking an Administrator to join the Team at their site in Stockton-on-Tees. The role will involve general administrative duties to support the site. This is a temporary role, expected to last for 6 months. Hours are full time (40pw Mon- Fri 08:30-17:00). Role Overview * Administrative duties to support other members of the Office team. * Creating, updating and filing work schedules, both paper and electronic (Excel, Word). * Obtaining and filing Purchase Orders and Generating Purchase Requisitions. * Sales invoicing (Sage 200). * Answering and transferring calls. Requirements * Excellent attention to detail and proactive approach to work. * Some experience from a similar administrative role. * Computer literate and adept with Microsoft office, particularly Microsoft Excel. * Experience with Sage 200. * Must be available to begin immediately. * Must have access to your own transportation due to the location of the site being inaccessible by public transport.
