I am seeking a Clinical Manager (RMN) to join an established national care provider who specialise in care for young people and adults with Mental Health and Complex Needs. This exciting opportunity will be based in Ealing, West London in a purpose-built private hospital specialising support for people with Eating Disorders and Personality Disorders across separate units. You will lead a team of Ward Managers and Clinical Staff who deliver the highest quality of care to all patients. The ideal candidate for this role will: * Have experience of leadership and staff supervision within a care environment. * Have experience working with young or older people with mental health needs. * Have a valid NMC pin as a Registered Mental Health Nurse. Reporting to the Hospital Manager, this is a full-time role, (Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm).
