Vehicle Technician Basildon Salary GBP25,000 - GBP45,000 per annum. Vehicle Technician required to join a growing dealership in Basildon. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing company with a great reputation. Salary is dependent on experience, entry level starts from GBP25,000 per annum. However if you come to us with experience, then salaries go up to around GBP45,000 per annum. The ideal candidate will be a technician currently, you will be practically minded and committed to developing your skillset. You will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing customer vehicles. Key Duties * Perform maintenance and repair on customer vehicles. * Identify problems with vehicles using the diagnostic equipment. * Explain automotive repairs and issues and provide great customer service. * Participation with in-house and manufacturer based training. Requirements: * NVQ/City Guilds certifications required (Equivalent certifications can be accepted to a level 3 standard). * Hold a valid UK manual driving license with no more than 3 points * Ability to provide a friendly customer service and maintain a professional appearance at all times. * Flexible and willing to learn and adapt to new responsibilities. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to use the diagnostic equipment Hours, Pay Benefits * GBP28,00.00 - GBP45,000.00 * 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays * An excellent package of in-house and off-site training * Solid Pension scheme * Monday to Friday 8.00 am - 18.00 pm, alternate Saturdays 8.00 am - 13.00 pm. * Free onsite parking
