Key Benefits/ Rewards on Offer: bull; Competitive starting salary bull; 28 days annual leave entitlement + bank holidays which increases with length of service up to 32 days + bank holidays bull; Hybrid working (typically 2 office days per week) bull; 37 hour working week with flexibility on start/finish times bull; Local Government Pension Scheme bull; Plenty of free parking on site bull; Opportunities for career advancement Your New Role as Finance Business Partner: Reporting to the CFO, as Finance Business Partner specific responsibilities will include: bull; Responsible for the coordination of month end close down processes bull; Produce timely and accurate management accounting reports bull; Assist with budget setting and monitoring bull; Assist the CFO with the production of annual financial statements bull; Posting accruals, prepayments and adjustments bull; Production of monthly reconciliations bull; Working closely with senior school colleagues including Headteachers to deliver key financial insight to support financial decision making bull; Support continual improvement initiatives relating to systems, procedures and controls Experience Qualifications Required to Apply: The successful candidate will be AAT qualified or CIMA/ACCA/ACA/CIPFA part qualified. Strong communication skills are imperative as you will be required to build and maintain relationships with various internal and external stakeholders. Experience within an education setting isn rsquo;t essential, however you must be able to demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes working independently and utilising the support of the CFO.
