Regional health safety manager

Role: Regional Health Safety Manager Location: Dublin Key Responsibilities: bull; Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the Company rsquo;s EHS Management System on allocated projects. bull; Promote a positive Health and Safety culture on-site with Site Management, Contractors and workers and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement. bull; Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. bull; Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to address safety concerns and develop effective solutions. bull; Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in safety regulations. Qualifications and Experience: bull; Recognised Health and Safety Degree or Diploma. bull; Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent. bull; At least 10 or more years rsquo; of industry experience. bull; Previous Construction experience is preferred (Pharma, Datacentre, Hi-Tech, Commercial) bull; Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager in the construction industry. bull; Strong leadership and communication skills. bull; Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. bull; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
