Nursery assistant

Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant in a nursery setting, you will play a vital role in supporting the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting with the implementation of the early years curriculum. - Supporting children #39;s learning through a variety of activities and play-based experiences. - Providing individualised support to children with additional needs. - Promoting positive behavior management techniques and fostering a safe and inclusive environment. - Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support children #39;s holistic development. We are looking for individuals who have: - Previous experience working with children, ideally within an early years or nursery setting. - A genuine passion for supporting children #39;s learning and development. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
