Teaching assistant

Teaching Assistant Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to assist in classroom activities and support students #39; learning. Your responsibilities will include providing individualised help to students, preparing materials, and helping maintain a safe and productive classroom environment. Teaching Assistant Responsibilities: Assist teachers in delivering lessons and activities. Provide support to students with special educational needs. Help prepare teaching materials and resources. Monitor students #39; progress and behaviour. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff. Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture.Teaching Assistant Requirements: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is a plus but not required. A passion for education and a desire to make a difference. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Patience and understanding in working with students. Ability to work well in a team and independently.
