Role: Design Manager Location: Dublin Key Responsibilities: bull; Lead and manage the design team to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions. bull; Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to understand requirements and develop design strategies that meet project objectives. bull; Demonstrate proficiency in high-rise, commercial, and residential projects, showcasing your adaptability across diverse environments. bull; Oversee the development of design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports. bull; Conduct regular design reviews to identify potential issues and implement necessary revisions. bull; Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the design process. bull; Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and excellence in design practices. Requirements: bull; 5+ years of experience as a Design Manager with Main Contractors. bull; Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. bull; Strong technical expertise in construction design principles and methodologies. bull; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. bull; Proficiency in relevant design software and tools. bull; Bachelor #39;s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (Master #39;s degree preferred).
