Our Care home is a charming, converted manor house set within its own 12-acre parkland, in an area of outstanding natural beauty, providing personalised residential, nursing and dementia care to older people. We are situated close to the bustling market town of Honiton in Devon; the home and village form a thriving community within a beautiful setting. We are looking for a Registered Nurse RGN / RGN or RNLD to come and join as part of our management team as a Clinical Lead Nurse. Job Role: As a Clinical Lead that will mean making sure the level of clinical care, we offer goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory and legal requirements. It will mean providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager #39;s absence and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that #39;s unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.
