Production engineer

Production Engineer Location: Stafford Salary: GBP35k ndash; some flexibility depending on exp. This is a site-based role in a production facility in Stafford. An industrial machinery company are currently looking for a Production Engineer to help them develop and implement LEAN processes in their facility. Purpose of Role ndash; Production Engineer You will: * Propose and implement Lean improvements in the purpose-built manufacturing facility. * Plan, manage and oversee production. * Design and implement cost-reductive changes. * Develop an improved production process. * Maximise productivity of machinery and colleagues. * Assess and analyse current production methods. Candidate requirements ndash; Production Engineer The ideal candidate must come from the Production / Manufacturing industry as a Production Engineer. You will also have the following skills, qualifications, and experience: * HNC in Engineering or proven ability with time served in a Manufacturing Environment. * Experienced in identifying and implementing LEAN changes. * An attitude towards personal and company growth, and able to adapt to a changes in the process.
